Scout Motors Turns Rivalry Into Connection in New “Rivals” Spot

Since the first Scout rolled off the assembly line in 1960, these iconic vehicles have been a “connection machine” - built to bring people together through work, play, and shared adventure. Through thick and thin, Scouts always find common ground.

That spirit comes to life in “Rivals,” a tongue-in-cheek take on hometown sports rivalries and an ode to modern male bonding. Created with Pretty Bird and multi-Emmy Award–winning director Max Malkin, the film follows a Midwest rec league hockey clash that ends in a shared ride home on the Scout’s iconic bench seat.
