For the last 9 years, Raquel has been the driving force behind Lumberyard, from the business to the culture. She has built it into a full-service creative production and post facility filled with editors, makers, and video and digital craftspeople who live to create beautiful work that gets noticed. Her vision is that Lumberyard isn’t an agency, it’s a secret weapon – supercharging existing client capabilities as well as delivering the services they don’t have in-house. Under Raquel’s leadership, Lumberyard has done just that, producing noteworthy campaigns such as Reebok’s “Be More Human” (Women’s) and “Zig the Runway,” as well as REI’s #OptOutside effort, which earned the Titanium Grand Prix at Cannes Lions. <br /> <br /> She’s also developed a thriving team culture, where each individual is challenged in their work endeavors and supported in their personal lives. When Raquel is not advertising, she is designing and making shoes and enjoying time with her husband, son and dog.
