Katy joined VB+P in September to co-head the strategy department with Gavin Jones. Prior to joining<br /> VB+P, she was head of strategy at Mother LA where she was responsible for driving growth and building<br /> the agency’s strategic capabilities. Before Mother she was a Group Strategy Director at Droga5, where<br /> she spent over four years working on some of the agency’s most influential and effective work including<br /> IHOb, CoverGirl, Prudential and Diet Coke. Her love of American iconic brands began when she joined<br /> Anomaly New York in 2010, where she worked on Budweiser, Marriott and Converse while also<br /> partnering with P&G on blue sky innovation development.<br /> When she’s not thinking about advertising she’s getting to know her new home, San Francisco, and her<br /> new rescue dog, Nixie. So far she loves both.
