As one of the three founders who grew the agency from a start-up in 2001 to the ~180-person agency it is today, Lucy was instrumental in leading VB&P to victory in new business and shaping such brand positioning as Audi’s “Truth in Engineering,” Intel’s “Sponsors of Tomorrow,” the Meth Project’s “Not Even Once,” and eBay’s “When it’s on your mind, it’s on eBay.” These campaigns have earned Lucy the title as one of <em>Business Insider</em>'s "Most Creative Women in Advertising" and earned VB&P a reputation as not only a creative force, but also contributed to the agency’s nine Effies for marketing effectiveness. <br /> <br /> A graduate of Oxford University, Lucy started her career at BMB DDB London (the birthplace of account planning) working on the Volkswagen account. She now focuses on Audi, business development and future agency projects.
