Looking to combine his digital experience with traditional agency work, Lee joined Venables Bell & Partners in 2010 as a Creative Director. Since then, Lee has been instrumental in leading some of the most innovative and talked-about work VB&P has created, most notably for REI's #OptOutside movement, Google "City Gym," Google Fiber's "Nick's First Pitch," and eBay's "When it's on your mind. It's on eBay." Along with Google, he also currently leads the agency's Phillips 66 brands, Thumbtack and shares responsibility on Audi. Most recently, Lee was promoted to Associate Partner and is now directing film content for VB&P clients and serving as the Creative Lead of Lumberyard, the agency’s in-house content production unit.

Prior to VB&P, Lee worked at Mekanism and Rabbit Content, creative directing and directing digital campaigns for Nike, Microsoft (ZUNE), Sprint, PG&E, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Comcast, MTV and others. He also founded Arnold Entertainment, a branded content arm of the agency where he worked for 5-years and helped to create the award-winning truth(r) anti-smoking campaign that at its time drove down smoking by 29% and was the most awarded PSA campaign ever.
