Today, Adweek named Partner and ECD Will McGinness to its list of most talented creatives. The magazine attributed Will’s ability to create humanity-driven platforms like Reebok’s “Be More Human” and Intel “Look Inside,” as well as purposeful campaigns like Google Fiber’s “Nick’s First Pitch” and Google's transgender film “City Gym.” When asked what drives him creatively, Will told Adweek, "I like work that makes people feel something. It may be a laugh or something more, but it's that human connection that matters most in everything we do.”
