Brand Coordinator

As Brand Coordinator, you’ll support multiple brand teams, providing critical administrative support and executing specific tasks under the guidance of a Brand Manager. You’ll have a front-row seat to agency operations – a chance to learn how a pillar functions, how Brand Managers lead projects, and how each department is involved in the process of creating ads.

The role

The Role

  • Consistently set and meet expectations, and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Successfully navigate within the agency to achieve desired outcome
  • Demonstrate a “no job is too small” attitude
  • Develop and maintain client and agency org charts and contact information
  • Make travel arrangements for the pillar
  • Provide logistical support for meetings/events, including booking rooms and ordering food, etc.
  • Open jobs and communicate job numbers to all relevant team members
  • For projects that go through studio – open the job jacket, get it in queue, and facilitate routing
  • Track down assets needed for presentations (including competitive analyses)
  • Own storage and filing of assets on the server
  • Coordinate dinner orders for pillar when team is working late or on weekend
  • Support Group Brand Directors by facilitating their expense reports and timesheets


  • Experience working or interning in an advertising agency, desired
  • A smart/strategic thinker
  • Follow through – ability to accept responsibilities and deliver on all assignments
  • Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and short timelines
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A “roll up your sleeves” attitude and a sense of humor
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with PowerPoint, KeyNote, Excel, and Acrobat
  • Bachelor’s degree required
