Retail Coordinator

We’re looking for a Coordinator to join our Audi Retail team. If you're looking to join the ad world, and have an interest in Brand Management and Production, this is a great place to start.    

The role

The Role

  • Learn: Production process from inception to completion, Post-production workflow, connection between Retail team projects and how they affect tagging + the Regions, develop professional/client-friendly verbal and written communication skills
  • Own: Monthly TVC tagging process, monthly tagging summary, traffic instructions, Spanish translations, database maintenance, competitive analyses and deck builds, requests from partner agencies, bi-monthly advertising and auto trends update, and misc. needs
  • Support: Assist with execution/production of creative ideas, deck support, meeting recaps, project support, field requests, field status conference reports, meeting preparation
  • Administrative: Bookings, travel, room set-up, distribute/own status, etc.
  • Have a grasp on all projects in pipeline and be able to follow along + speak to items on status
  • Increase direct communication with the Client (email, status, etc.) in an effort to build the relationship
  • Support all team members and provide requested assets by deadline
  • Work to become a historian on the brand

  • Follow through – ability to accept responsibilities and deliver on all assignments
  • Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and short timelines
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A “roll up your sleeves” attitude and a sense of humor
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with PowerPoint, KeyNote, Excel, and Acrobat
