Technical Services Coordinator

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes tech, who can solve any tech-related conundrum we can come up with, who’s excited about technology and its potential. When a laptop breaks 5 minutes before a presentation, you’ll be there to save the day. If someone has an IT question, you’ve got the answer. It’ll be fast-paced, but it’ll also be fun. The role

The Role

  • Provide frontline support to agency staff on macOS, Adobe Creative Suite and Office for Mac.
  • Help oversee agency cloud systems such as Okta, Microsoft Office 365, Cisco WebEx Teams and Box.
  • Train agency staff.
  • Assist agency teams with presentation and A/V support, some of which require travel.
  • Manage staff systems through their lifecycle.
  • Manage our fleet of Xerox color printers.


  • Passionate focus on customer/client service is essential
  • Genius level knowledge of Apple macOS and iOS operating systems
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Working knowledge Office for Mac, Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Command line knowledge for system management a plus
