Technical Services Coordinator
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes tech, who can solve any tech-related conundrum we can come up with, who’s excited about technology and its potential. When a laptop breaks 5 minutes before a presentation, you’ll be there to save the day. If someone has an IT question, you’ve got the answer. It’ll be fast-paced, but it’ll also be fun. - Provide frontline support to agency staff on macOS, Adobe Creative Suite and Office for Mac.
- Help oversee agency cloud systems such as Okta, Microsoft Office 365, Cisco WebEx Teams and Box.
- Train agency staff.
- Assist agency teams with presentation and A/V support, some of which require travel.
- Manage staff systems through their lifecycle.
- Manage our fleet of Xerox color printers.
- Passionate focus on customer/client service is essential
- Genius level knowledge of Apple macOS and iOS operating systems
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Working knowledge Office for Mac, Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite
- Command line knowledge for system management a plus
