VBP is looking to hire a social strategy expert who can help connect the dots for our social production division, Rabble. This team produces social-first content at pace/for limit budgets, while also helping all our larger integrated ideas translate down to social, so it isn't just advertising transferred across. They should be on top of cultural trends found through social insight/exploration, and be able to help recognize the opportunity for a brand to be successful in this space.
Our Social Strategist should be familiar with influencer marketing, social analytics reporting with strategic interpretation, and should be able to develop a social program that uses social-first ideas and paid social to generate response.
This person will be expected to fuel integrated teams with social thinking, insight and ideas across a variety of brands. They'll work with creative teams to help build upon ideas and make them more authentic and engaging for a particular audience. , to enhance our agency's skill set, and to ensure the best ideas are optimized across a mix of channels.
- 2-5 years experience working in digital/social strategy, ideally in an agency
- A deep understanding of social platforms and how consumers use/interact with each
- Experience with influencer identification, outreach/management is valuable, but not required
