New Business Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our agency as a key member of our New Business team.

Our New Business Project Manager will serve as the backbone of our agency’s growth engine. Reporting into our New Business Supervisor and partnering with our PR and Social teams, you’ll help manage our New Business efforts and drive PR initiatives. The ideal candidate would have 2-3 years of experience working in project management at an advertising agency.

The role

The Role

  • Manage the operation of the entirety of the new business process
  • Facilitate meetings with pitch teams, including agency leadership
  • Manage the logistics of the entire pitch process, ensuring on-time delivery of all assets
  • Consult with department and operational leads on pitch deliverables to ensure effective and efficient completion
  • Communicate with Creative Resource Managers regarding availability and requirements of creative and design personnel for pitch teams
  • Provide critical information to the pitch teams on both the specific needs of all projects and appropriate talent to meet those needs, for optimal allocation
  • Monitor the workload of the creative teams allocated to pitches, to ensure effective utilization
  • Work with internal design studio and the assigned Creative Director to build presentation decks
  • Maintain new business budgets with the New Business Supervisor
  • Archive and store pitch deliverables, decks and reference materials
  • Work with brand teams and our Executive Creative Director to ensure new work is uploaded to the VBP site by the live date
  • Make sure sites are up to date, and look for ways to improve on content
  • Manage the creation of PR presentations 


  • 2-3 years project management experience in an advertising agency
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, prioritizing as needed
  • Calm under pressure, comfortable with fast-paced working environments
  • Experienced and confident in dealing with senior leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • A smart/strategic thinker; detail oriented and analytical
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A “roll up your sleeves” attitude and a sense of humor
  • High energy and highly motivated
  • Proficient in Presentation Design (or able to quickly learn)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in video/print production, a plus
